UGC Creator OS · A Notion system for brand deals

Stop looking like an amateur to brands.

You are not short on pitch templates. Threads gives those away every day. You are short on everything that happens after the first email: following up on day four, knowing what to charge, and not signing your video away forever.

  • Works on free Notion, no paid plan
  • Set up in ten minutes
  • Yours forever, including 2027 updates

The half nobody gives away

The first email was never the hard part.

The hard part is day four, when they haven’t replied. The number you say out loud when they ask your rate. The clause you sign at the end. That is what this system is built around, in that order.

01 · Operations

A pitch tracker that does the remembering.

Fifteen to thirty brands at once, each at a different stage, is the actual job. Log a pitch once and the follow-ups for day 4, 10 and 21 are dated for you. Brand Deal HQ shows what’s signed, what’s unpaid, and whose usage rights run out next.

Most deals close on a follow-up. Almost nobody sends one.

02 · Price

A 32-line rate card with the source on every row.

What beginners actually get offered, the floor the community enforces, the market median, and what brands budget for usage rights. Where sources disagree, both numbers are shown instead of an average.

The gap between the lowball row and the floor row is what most beginners lose in their first year.

03 · Usage rights

Stop signing your video away forever.

Thirty days, ninety days and perpetual are priced as separate lines. The Contract Red Flags page teaches you to read their contract: licence versus ownership, the five clauses in reading order, and what to write back.

A checklist for reading their contract. Not a contract template to send.

04 · Scripts

23 scripts. Eight are for the money conversation.

Your rate, usage rights, exclusivity, “we have a limited budget”, the revision window, net-60 terms, chasing an invoice, and when to walk away. The cold pitches are in there too, but they’re the part you can already find for free.

Every script has a subject line, when to send it, and the brackets you fill in.

What’s inside

Eight connected pages. One Start Here to open first.

Everything links to everything: a pitch knows its brand and the script it used, a deal knows its deliverables and when its rights run out. Duplicate it into your workspace and it works.

Pitch Tracker

Follow-ups for day 4, 10 and 21, dated the day you send the pitch. Response rate by script.

Brand Deal HQ

One dashboard: what’s signed, what’s unpaid, and whose usage rights expire next.

Rate Card

32 rows, each with its source. Base rates, usage rights, add-ons and payment terms.

Pitch Scripts

23 scripts across the funnel, from the cold pitch to chasing an unpaid invoice.

Deliverables

What to shoot and by when, revisions used, and the moment the next one becomes paid.

Content Planner

Shoots and posts, brand work and your own, in one place.

Portfolio

Three pieces, not a gallery of twenty. It shows which one actually wins deals.

Contract Red Flags

Licence versus ownership, five clauses in reading order, and what to write back.

Fair questions

Before you buy.

The objections worth taking seriously, answered straight.

Pitch templates are free on Threads. Why pay?

They are, and some of them are good. The first email was never the hard part. What nobody gives away is the second half: what to charge, how to price usage rights, what to say to “we have a limited budget”, and when to walk away. Eight of the 23 scripts are about that.

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

No. Everything runs on the free plan. No Notion Business, no subscription.

Can’t I just build this myself?

The structure, yes, over a weekend. The rate card with a source on every row and the eight money scripts take much longer to collect, and you’d be collecting them one underpriced deal at a time.

$29 feels like a lot when I’m just starting.

Between the lowball zone ($75–120) and the community floor ($150) there’s up to $75 on a single video. The first time you don’t accept the bottom number, it has paid for itself.

I’ve bought templates before and never used them.

Fair. That’s why the first page you open is Start Here: five steps, about ten minutes, before you see a single database.

Who made this?

Someone who read the pricing threads so you don’t have to. I don’t shoot UGC myself. That’s why every number in the rate card carries its source: you can check it instead of taking my word for it.

Is there a contract template?

No, on purpose. A contract you sign with a real brand should be read by someone qualified. Contract Red Flags teaches you to read theirs.
